STEP 1 // BOOKING
I am very excited that you are interested in my design services! To get started, send me and email about your event or project, I will respond with my availability dates, pricing estimates and various other feedback to help create a unique design for your event. Once we resolve the project focus and timeline, I will send over a contract, 50% deposit payment link and start designing!
STEP 2 // COMMUNICATION
Before I begin the design process, I like to get together either in person or via skype/facetime to go over a few things! I love getting to chat face to face about your ideas and vision for your upcoming project! I will go over how I deliver your proofs, files, and how my design process works! I will also be going over your inspiration board, logo ideas, color palette, etc. We will be communicating quite a bit through this process, and I want you to feel comfortable calling or emailing me at any time with your questions.
STEP 3 // INSPIRATION
You will be receiving a few different questionnaires throughout your design process with me. The first will be your branding questionnaire. This questionnaire is very important to getting things started on your new project! It will have lots of questions about the vision your have for your new brand, goals you have set, and lots of other questions that will help give me ideas on the route you are wanting to go with things. We will create an branding inspiration board, gather ideas for your new logo, and go over ideas for your website and blog. I want you to be as detailed and specific as possible with this! The more I understand your vision for your brand, the quicker I can get you something that you will love.
STEP 4 // THE CREATIVE PROCESS
This is the fun part! After we have gone over all your ideas and inspiration, I will get to work on creating your new logo, design! You will receive 4 or more different ideas from me to start out. I like to hear your thought about things within 24 hrs to stay on within our time frame to get things finished by the projects deadline. We will go through multiple revisions until you have a new logo, alternate logos, design elements, and a color palette that you love.
STEP 5 // FILE DELIVERY+ HAPPY DANCE!
YAY! Once you are completely satisfied with the logo ideas presented, your files will be delivered in a zip file folder via email. These are the following file formats that your designs with be delivered as: jpg, png, psd, pdf, eps.
ADDITIONAL DESIGN SERVICES
If you have purchased a collection that includes once of my customized blogsites, or custom showit websites, then here is what to expect after your new logo is complete!
BLOGSITE CUSTOMIZATIONS //
Once you have an established logo and brand, we can start the customizing your new prophoto blogsite! You will first need to complete the homework I send you, as well as your blogsite questionnaire. These must be completed before any customizations can be made! Once all this is completed, you can expect to have your new blogsite down within 1-2 weeks.
CUSTOM SHOWIT WEBSITE //
I love designing a beautiful custom site that is specifically made for your new brand! For these websites, we start from the ground up. You will need to have and established brand, completed questionnaires and homework finished before we can start. This process can take up to 4-6 weeks to be completed.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1 // HOW LONG DOES YOUR DESIGN PROCESS TAKE? The design process will vary per project. Upon purchasing on of my collections, I will send you a design questionnaire and a tentative design date. It is best to have all of your required information in so that this does not affect your design start. After you have gone through the steps and your design process has started, it generally takes 1-3 weeks for most projects excluding a customized showit site. Customized showit sites can take a little longer (4-6 weeks ). This is only a guesstimate, and based on timely correspondence.
2 // HOW ARE PAYMENTS MADE?Payment/Payments are made via PayPal and a 50% deposit and contract is due before we can set a date for your design process to begin. After the design process you will be required to pay the remainder of your balance before your files are delivered and site is made live.
3 // HOW DO I RECIEVE MY FILES?I will set up a personal email system through basecamp to email and deliver all your files to you. You must download your files within two weeks of delivery, and then they are removed. If you do not download them within that time frame, there will be a re upload service charge.
4 // REFUNDS & EXCHANGES Unfortunately refunds and exchanges will not be made due to the nature of my work. Once they are approved and emailed to you, the buyer accepts all responsibility for the purchasing of that design. Please make sure you have the correct software for select files. If you decide you would like your design altered in any way, there will be a $35 an hour design fee.If no design can be chosen, both buyer and seller agree to a 50% refund of the deposit for design and service. If a design has been started and a proof has been sent, and the buyer does not respond within two (2) weeks, payment and design will be forfeited and non-refundable.
